The Tri Cities is among the 10 lowest communuties for foreclosures, according to a report by RealtyTrac, a California based information service. The Tri Cities ranked 194 out of 203 metro areas with a population of 200,000 or more.
Based on 230 foreclosures filings, the rate for the Tri Cities was 0.27% last year.
