MSNBC is reporting Moody’s Adversity Index has 93% of the country’s metropolitan areas in a recession, however, of the 28 metro areas not in a recession, the Tri-Cities, Washington – Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, is the only metro area in the state of Washington, not in a recession.
