The Tri-City Association of Realtors announced May 20th that Susan Dahl of Distinctive Properties, Inc., was “Rookie of the Year 2009″ for her success as a Realtor! Susan is a warm and enthusiastic lady who brings many years of sales experience to the profession, which in turn has earned her this award.
