Get your tickets to the Dessert Theater put on by Broken Leg Entertainment.  They are performing Neil Simons’ California Suite. 

California Suite is a 1976 play by Neil Simon. Similar in structure to his earlier, Plaza Suite, the comedy is composed of four playlets set in Suite 203-04, which consists of a living room and an adjoining bedroom with an ensuite bath, in The Beverly Hills Hotel.

30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage is Up Slightly for Second Week
30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.86 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending March 31, 2011.  This is up from last week when it averaged 4.81 percent.  At this time last year, the 30-year FRM average 5.08 percent.

15-year FRM this week averaged 4.09 percent with an average 0.7 point, up from last week when it averaged 4.04 percent.  At this time last year, the 15-year FRM averaged 4.39 percent.

5-year Treasury-indexed hybrid adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) averaged 3.70 percent this week, with an average 0.7 point.  This is up from last week when it average 3.62 percent.  At this time last year, the 5-year ARM averaged 4.10 percent.

1-year Treasury-index ARM average 3.26 percent this week with an average 0.6 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.21 percent.  At this time last year, the 1-year ARM averaged 4.05 percent. 

Mortgage rates are on the rise.  The time to buy a house is now!
