First Amendment to CCR’s

 The undersigned being the owners of not less than seventy-five (75%) percent of the lots in Meadow Parke Estates, adopt the following amendment to the Covenants, Easements, Conditions and Restrictions for Meadow Parke Estates.

Whereas, on July 17, 2002 the Covenants, Easements, Conditions and Restrictions for Meadow Parke Estates (hereafter referred to as “Covenants”) were signed by the Owner/Developer of Meadow Parke Estates and filed with the Benton County Auditor under auditor’s file number 2002-027732, and

Whereas, the Covenants are binding upon and relate to the real property located in Benton County, Washington described on the attached Exhibit A, and

Whereas, not less than seventy-five (75%) percent of the lot owners in Meadow Parke Estates have signed and approved the following amendment to the Covenants,

Now, therefore, it is hereby agreed as follows:

1.  Amendment:  Article VI, Section 6.15 of the Covenants is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 6.15 Driveways, Parking and Storing of Vehicles and Trailers.  All driveways shall be completely paved.  No property owner shall construct or maintain a roadway for ingress or egress to property in subdivision, except driveways to the platted streets.  No direct access from any lot to Lorayne J Blvd shall be permitted.

No Owner of any lot shall store, in excess of forty-eight (48) hours, any van, camp trailers, camper, camper truck, boat, boat trailer, horse trailer, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, bus, truck, or any other similar machinery or equipment of any kind on driveways, public streets, or upon any lot, except standard sized pickup trucks.  SUV’s and passenger cars.  Exempt from the foregoing restrictions are boats, campers, recreational vehicles and utility trailers which may be stored on the side yard alongside the garage if such vehicles or equipment are screened from view by a solid fenced or screen at least six (6) feet high.  The solid fencing or screening shall screen the vehicle or equipment from view on all sides except the side facing the home on the lot where the vehicle or equipment is stored.  Exempt from the foregoing are boats, campers, and recreational vehicles which may be stored in driveways or alongside garages from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Mortgage Rates Remain at or Near Historic LOWS!!

30-year fixed rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.22 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending September 1, 2011, matching the previous week when it also averaged 4.22 percent.  Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.32 percent.

15-year FRM this week averaged 3.39 percent with an average 0.6 point, down the previous week when it averaged 3.44 percent.  A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.83 percent.

5-year Treasury-indexed hybrid adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) averaged 2.96 percent this week, with an average 0.6 point, down from the previous week when it averaged 3.07 percent.  A year ago, the 5-year ARM averaged 3.54 percent.

1-year Treasury-indexed ARM averaged 2.89 percent this week with an average 0.6 point, down from the previous week when it averaged 2.93 percent.  At this time last year, the 1-year ARM averaged 3.50 percent.

Tri-Cities Ranked in 10 Ten….

Data analysis firm, ProximityOne, has made their population predictions stating the U.S. Population will rise from 2010 to 2020 to a total of 337.1 million people; this will be a 8.9% increase. 

Tri-Cities is ranked number 2 of 10 to see this population increase.  They predict our area will see a 35.3% increase, raising the population from 255,485 in 2010 to 345,779 in 2020.  Below are the other areas that made the top 10.

Kennewick, Richland, Pasco was ranked #2 following the 32.6% population increase seen from 2000 to 2010.  Due to the areas relatively low unemployment rate (7.3 percent in April) and a multi-industry economy, Inman’s voted Tri-Cities #5 in their top ten Real Estate markets to watch in 2011.

Among the 366 metro areas in the U.s., 43 areas are expected to see population decreases.

California Suite is a 1976 play by Neil Simon. Similar in structure to his earlier, Plaza Suite, the comedy is composed of four playlets set in Suite 203-04, which consists of a living room and an adjoining bedroom with an ensuite bath, in The Beverly Hills Hotel.
