According to national statistics; the Tri-Cities area (Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick) is one area that in the last few years has maintained a steady economical growth in comparison to national trends in urban development.
This reality in local economical growth has a direct effect in the area of Real Estate, particularly in the residential sector. There are a great number of people living in rental properties that may be able to qualify to buy their own home. Unless people find out the opportunities to buy/sell their homes, they will be missing the great market opportunities taking place in our local economy.
