It’s festival time in the Tri-Cities

West Richland, Washington - the annual Harvest Festival kicks off at 11 am September 20th, at Flat Top Park.
The event features a farmers market, kids games, musical entertainment, a hot dog and hamburger BBQ, arts and craft, face painting and a plethora of other fun stuff! There is no admission charge.
